The 3500lb axles include a 4 hole flange and the 7000lb axles have a 5 hole flange so trailer brakes can be added at any time. Many of our standard round utility axles are sold as axle only or with hubs installed. All custom fabricated axles are completely sealed and the spring pad/perch is welded on, and are made to your specifications. All standard axles include the spring pad/perch that can be welded in place after delivery to your trailer specifications. All utility trailer axles include EZ Lube or Spindle Lube style spindles with stainless steel seal seats. Champion also offers custom built utility axles built out of ¼” x 2” x 2” or ¼” x 2” x 3” steel with a painted finish. Trailer axles capacities range from 3500lbs to 7000 lbs.
Has a grease fitting at the end of the spindle.Comes with spindle that has an easy lub grease zerk to allow your to relubricate your hub without removing.
The easy lube spindle displaces old grease from your inside bearing to the outer bearing. The spindles have a grease zerk on the end to allow you to keep your hubs properly lubed without having to remove them. The trailer axle diameter is 2-3/8 inch and comes equipped with brake flanges and spindles. This tubular trailer axle has a 3500 pound capacity and is 72 inches long from hub face to hub face.
